Was called into the Adjudant's office and interviewed. At first it seemed like I was in a lot of trouble for sending this letter directly rather than consulting the chain of command, but he agreed the points were valid, and let me know that they had been noted by the Brigadier, who was actually in a meeting with my Commanding Officer at that very moment discussing the issue of Officer Cadet pay. Hopefully this email will have encouraged some good from the meeting. Update: Wed, 18th Nov 2009.
